Hi everybody!
Just a quick little message to update everyone! Just one week until Celebration 4 in Los Angeles. I'm very excited to see everyone and hope you all make it a point to stop by. This will be my only continental appearance this summer! I'm not certain which photos Official Pix has decided to print this year, but they always do a good job with everyone's. It looks like all of the old crew will be back, and don't forget we will be there on Memorial Day Monday as well! Make certain you all say congrats to Michonne and her husband John on their first pregnancy, due fall, I think. And I have said yes to Celebration Europe going on from July 13-15 this summer. It will be nice to be in Great Britain for a few days. This will be my only European appearance this year, so please do come out to see me. I think the closest I have ever signed to this would have been in Paris a couple years ago! I'd love to meet everyone who has sent e-mails over the years asking when I would be able to visit! There are links to more information about both events on my Appearances Page! Please make a point of coming to say hi and catching me up on all of the club happenings and friends I've missed. Both Celebrations are worth a special trip!
We've been busy around here with renovations and the kids....School is out soon, so that means swim lessons, gymnastics, the beach! The puppy is already six months old and is absolutely gorgeous! Don't forget you can rescue a dobe, too. Our area's rescue is D.A.R.E. Doberman's are a beautiful breed that is often misunderstood! I wouldn't have anything else around my children!! Speaking of which, I attended our area's SPCA fashion show fundraiser! What a great cause as well. There were many adoptable, beautiful animals, I'm very lucky I had enough restraint to leave without another one! Well, and Jamie, I'm certain, is happy I didn't come home with a big fuzzy cat! Lilly is enough for now!
Work wise, the kids have been working more than I have lately! Willow and Riley both shot for Lillian Vernon and Riley for C.W.D. in the last couple weeks. The catalogues should be out this summer! I'll try to have Alan post them. They've grown so much and did such a wonderful job at all of their shoots! Of course, it's quite a bit of work for me getting them everywhere. Willow is also finishing up her season of ballet! Her final performance is this weekend. What a beautiful little ballerina she has become. I've done several make up jobs with it being bridal and prom season. Looking forward to the quiet months when it's just the kids and the north end! I think that is all for now. My best wishes and prayers for a safe return for all the men and women who are still over in Iraq. We still have many friends in harm's way. A special prayer for Clark Schwedler's family. Clark was killed in action in a conflict in Anbar, Iraq on April 5th. He will be missed by many. Hope to see you all very soon, truly! I've missed my Star Wars family lately! Take care of yourselves, enjoy the rest of the spring, and don't forget to wear your sunscreen!!!
