Hi everybody, just checking in. Sorry it's been so long since I wrote. The holidays were terribly hectic and then came Jamie's deployment. He's off for his second tour in Iraq. Please keep him and all of the others like him in your prayers and thoughts. Everything else is completely normal! Willow is doing well in the 4th grade, dancing her little heart out when she's not at school. Riley is working hard in pre-k and trying to overcome the speech delay with the help of lots of therapy. Logan is just Logan... crazy all the time. He's a million miles a minute, every minute. And the puppy, Lilly, is finally one. Now, I'm just waiting for her to turn two!!! Maybe she'll settle in by then and be the dog that Diego has become... she does seem to have grown quite attached to Willow.
I do want to say thank you to everyone who sent Christmas and New Year's greetings. I put all of the cards in my big scrapbook, so that I have them forever. I think it's time to change from a five inch binder to a six. They are much appreciated. Also thank you to the Turkish fan club for the recent interview. It was done well and with much thought. I think Alan may have the link up here now. I did get a chance to see the Sansweet book, well, actually order one. It's really amazing if you haven't gotten yours yet. Absolutely beautiful. And yey!, I'm in it! Thanks Steve!!! For everyone who has been asking about the light sabers, I have not gotten mine yet and don't know why we haven't. I'll try to remember to call the company soon!!! The kids are dying to try it out.
I have talked recently to some of our SW friends... hopefully you know Michonne had her baby, a girl named Lily. Amy is engaged, and Mike Quinn should be changing companies and locations anytime now. I have not booked any conventions so far this year. I don't think the kids can be without me while Jamie is in the place he is in right now. The work would be nice, but things will have to wait until he comes home. I will let everyone know if I can book a couple of things this spring or summer...and I am looking forward to discussing a trip to Japan again as soon as possible. So please check back!!!
